60Beat Gamepad costs $50 and can be purchased directly from the manufacturer's website, but I don't know if deliveries are made in Romania. The idea behind the accessory is good, but unfortunately the lack of compatibility with any game from the App Store is too big a problem that will "scare" most potential customers.
