vWallpaper 2 gives you the possibility to run animated wallpapers and videos in Springboard and LockScreen

vWallpaper is a very old tweak, originally released for iOS version 2.xa made for our iDevices. The tweak was designed with the idea of giving users the possibility to display video clips or animated images in Springboard and LockScreen, as it happens in the Android OS operating system. Unfortunately vWallpaper was not compatible with iOS 5 but everything will change very soon because its developer is working on the second version which will allow us to display videos, animated images, 3D objects, widgets and HTML content in Springboard and LockScreen.

vWallpaper 2 is currently available for free in beta version in the repo http://deb.danstaface.net but you have to be prepared for a not very correct functionality considering that we are talking about a version in development. vWallpaper affects battery life by displaying animations on our iDevices.
