Looking through the App Store, I came across an application that at first glance seems interesting, but in reality it's just a big piece of crap. Face Unlock is the name of the application and its developer claims that it contains a new facial recognition technology implemented in iOS 5 that allows iDevice owners to unlock their terminal by simply recognizing the features of the face. Considering that Apple does not allow any application to modify the way our terminals are unlocked, Face Unlock is just an attempt to trick users.
The good part is that the price of €0.79 does not represent a very big loss, but the bad part is that Apple allows developers to include such applications in the App Store.
