During CES 2012 we presented the product Docs2Go which allows you to scan almost any kind of documents and save them on the iPad tablet, but it is not the only device of this kind because iConvert does exactly the same thing. In the video clip above we have presented iConvert and with its help plus an application from the App Store we can scan almost any type of document regardless of size. iConvert has an adjustable tray so that almost any type of document can be passed directly through the scanner, but nothing larger than an A4 sheet can be used considering that we are talking about an ultraportable scanner.

Forget the large, bulky scanners of the past.
Our iConvert® Scanner for iPad and iPad 2 Tablets scans hard copies to JPEG files directly to your tablet, giving you instant e-copies of your most important documents. The JPEG files are automatically stored in the picture folder. Great for use at home (old photos, genealogy records, special greeting cards, recipes and children's artwork), at the office (meeting notes, resumes, renderings, signed contracts) and on the go (receipts, expense reports, business cards and more ). The entire scanner is sized to take with you in your messenger bag or backpack.

iConvert scans the images at 300 dpi and displays them in a preview window directly on the tablet as they are scanned and the final result is available in the Camera Roll. iConvert is a very interesting scanner, and while it would be great for any business person who needs to scan something all the time, the $150 price tag might scare away quite a few iPad tablet owners.
