Tonight Absinthe was released and with its help we can do untethered jailbreak for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S with iOS 5.0/5.0.1 installed. Version 1.1.4 of the Cydia application, which brings bug fixes and performance improvements for iDevices, was also included in the jailbreak program now designed by the Chronic Dev Team. In addition to the bug fixes and improvements in Cydia 1.1.4, it seems that there is now a location service implemented that can be activated/deactivated from Settings>Location, but for now no one knows what it will be used for by saurik.
Until then, those who jailbreak with Absinthe also have Cydia 1.1.4, the rest you will update to Cydia as soon as it is available.
