Face.com is a website specialized in facial recognition technologies in real time and for some time has launched in the App Store an application called KLIK that is able to recognize your friends in pictures. KLIK works with the help of your Facebook account because it takes the information about your friends from there, information that helps it display the names of your friends in the application either while you are taking the picture or after the picture has already been taken. The idea of the application is very interesting and the facial recognition system used in it is quite popular in the US, but it remains to be seen if iDevice owners will be interested in using it.

Improving KLIK's face recognition:
If KLIK doesn't recognize a face - snap a photo, tap "Tag Me" over unrecognized faces to pick a name, and then save the photo (no need to share). The more photos you save, the better KLIK you get. When you're not taking photos, check out the feeds for nearby, friends and your photos.
KLIK only works with iPhone terminals and is available for free in the App Store.
