Microsoft plans to bring Xbox Live games to iOS

Last year, the Microsoft company collected billions of dollars from the sales of the XBOS 360 console and the Kinect sensor, which together with the XBOX Live games attracted almost 70 million users to the company's platform. Because now the trend is to make the transition from consoles to mobile terminals, Microsoft confirmed to those from Forbes the fact that in the future some titles available now exclusively in XBOX Live will also be available on the most popular mobile platforms of the moment: iOS, Android and of course Windows Phone.

While the Xbox Live experiences and games always work best on the Windows platform, we understand that some Xbox fans may be using other types of devices. To satisfy that need, we are working to extend a few of our Xbox experiences and titles to other platforms.

The first such game released by Microsoft for iOS was kinectimals, in a title specially designed for Kinect but which can also be used on touchscreens. Other similar titles will be released in the not too distant future, but it remains to be seen if we will have really interesting games or titles similar to Kinectimals.
