Screaming is a tweak released last evening in Cydia and allows iDevice owners to modify the transitions that appear when we switch from one application to another in iOS. In the images above you have the settings menu of the tweak, a menu that is available in the Settings application of iOS and that allows us to select what kind of transitions we want to see but also the speed with which they are displayed. The tweak offers a limited series of effects but we are only talking about a first version of Jepit and more will probably be implemented in the future.
This tweak allows to change the animation while switching from an App to another. Any new icons will be added to your SpringBoard, but will add a section in Preferences from which you can select the animations and the speed of the animation that you want!
