One in four European doctors uses an iPad tablet at work

I don't think there are any people among you who don't know that iDevices are excellent devices for the medical field and in Europe doctors seem to be "hugged" without problems the technology of Apple. A US company conducted a study in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Great Britain and found that 26% of doctors use the iPad tablet for professional purposes, but another 40% of the participants in the study stated that they intend to purchase a tablet in the next 6 months.

Data from a new study has shown that 26 percent of European doctors own an iPad and spend over a quarter of their professional time using the device, with another 40 percent saying they plan to buy an iPad within six months. We discovered that iPad-owning physicians spend an impressive 27 percent of their professional online time on the device, likely replacing desktop time and probably some offline media time too.

Most doctors use the iPad tablet to search online for information about the diseases they treat, but some inform their patients about the disease they have and the possible treatment strategy. In Great Britain there are the most doctors who own iPad tablets, practically a third of the doctors there own such a device and use it for professional purposes. Of course, the study was conducted in some of the "richest" countries in the European Union to provide such interesting results.
