Spire is the first tweak released in Cydia that allowed users to install the personal assistant Siri on any iDevice. Chpwn made it in collaboration with other well-known application developers for Cydia and during this evening version 1.0.1 was released. In this new version of the chpwn tweak, he solved a problem with writing a wrong word, but he also implemented the possibility of installing Spire on iPhone 4S terminals in order to give users the possibility to use a proxy on these devices.
Chpwn recommends all users to update to the new version of Spire if they have installed it and I think it would be good to follow his advice. In Cydia, version 1.0-2 appears as available, but it contains the changes implemented by chpwn. To avoid using a proxy with Siri you can choose to use AssistantConnect.
