IconRotator is a tweak designed by the developer Ryan Petrich and its main function is to rotate the icons in the Springboard of our iDevices. In the video clip above you have a demonstration of how everything works and after you install the tweak it will start to rotate the icons in your terminals being automatically set to do this. From what it seems, it is about a tweak made only for the amusement of users, so it has no use for users.
