Samsung intends to introduce legal actions against the new iPad tablet

Wednesday evening Apple presented the new iPad tablet to the whole world and Samsung he asked to an Australian court to urgently establish a hearing in one of the lawsuits that the Korean company has filed against Apple. No one knows for sure what Samsung wants to ask for in this hearing, but since we are talking about a request made after the presentation of the iPad, it is clear that the new tablet would be discussed. Until now, Samsung has attacked the implementation of telecommunications technologies in iDevices, but without much success, and it could do the same against the iPad tablet.

Samsung failed to block the sale of any Apple product and its only victories were related to lawsuits filed by Apple, so none of its own lawsuits filed against Apple were successful. The Korean manufacturer is "fighting" in the courts around the world with Apple, but recently signed a contract of 9 billion dollars for the production of components for current and future iDevices.
