HUD is a new tweak released last evening in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to see which new song is being played by the Music application. Normally, the Music application does not notify users when it automatically changes the song that has just finished, but the tweak does so by displaying a HUD (the image you see when you change the volume level of your iDevice). In this HUD you will see the image of the album of which the song is a part plus the name of the artist but nothing more.
HUD is available for free in Cydia. If you want a slightly more complex tweak that displays the entire name of the song, then MusicBanneres is what you are looking for.
