Those from Greenpeace are determined to "help" companies to understand that the planet must be protected, and those from Apple have recently entered their sights. In Cork, a number of members of Greenpeace they "escalated" a headquarters of Apple and they wrote a not very friendly message for the company, but it seems that now things are getting more serious. Video clip above was made by Greenpeace to demonstrate how harmful is the energy source chosen by Apple to support the data center on which iCloud runs.
If you haven't "caught" it already, Apple uses coal to provide electricity to its data center in North Carolina and Greenpeace is trying to convince the American company to give it up. I don't know how successful they will be with their initiative, but I think the idea is good and worth supporting.
