Image Grabber is a tweak recently released in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to save images from websites or PDF files. The tweak integrates into native iOS applications, but also into other third-party applications, and whenever you navigate through a web interface, you will see a button on the left side called Grab Images. Pressing that button will open a new interface in which you have listed in a slideshow all the images of that website or that PDF document. You can browse through all of them, and you can save the interesting ones in the terminal or you can send them by email if you press the button on the bottom right of the interface.

This tweak integrates with every web view, allowing you to grab the images you want from any Web page or PDF file! (By 'Web page' I mean any kind of Web content, and you will probably be amazed to find out how common it is for iOS applications.)It provides a nice popover-style photo browser with options to Save, Mail or Copy the selected image. You can configure various aspects of this tweak to exactly fit your image extraction needs.

Some of the applications it works with are: Safari, Mail, Facebook, Twitter, iBooks, AppStore, iTunes and more.

Image Grabber has a settings menu in the Settings app in iOS, and there you can set the tweak to active, set the way the pictures are extracted, choose the way the interface is displayed plus much more. Image Grabber is by far one of the best tweaks that allow you to save pictures from any web interface or from PDF documents, and in Cydia you have it available at the price of $1.99.
