Apple's iCloud is good when it comes to saving small data on the Internet, but unfortunately it does not offer users the possibility to synchronize any kind of files with their own terminals. Apple also thought of a service that allows us to synchronize the music from the computer with iTunes and then with any other iDevice/Mac, but we have to pay for it. Because some users want something more beautiful, the above concept shows an iPhone that would connect to a Mac as soon as it is close to it and would allow the transfer of files between the two devices without much effort.

Our devices are well connected virtually, through services like DropBox or iCloud. Those offer wireless synchronization for data, but the devices that contain this data still miss a tangible connection. I thought that a representation of a physical connection would facilitate a more intuitive interaction based on traditional mental models from the physical world.

Of course, such a technology is far from reality and it is hard to believe that Apple will ever think of implementing it. What is presented to us in the clip is very beautiful, but it is not really that useful, if we consider that we can already synchronize an iPhone with iTunes using a Wi-Fi connection.
