iOS 5.1.1 released by Apple!

A few minutes ago, the Apple company released through iTunes iOS 5.1.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. This is the second version of iOS 5.1 available to us and it comes almost 2 months after the initial release of iOS 5.1. This version of iOS is available for all iDevices that work with iOS 5.1 and if you need a jailbreak then it would be better not to update because iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 3 cannot be jailbroken, and redsn0w could does not work with this version of iOS yet.

  iOS 5.1.1 brings the following:

  • Improves the reliability of using the HDR option for photos taken using the Lock Screen shortcut
  • Addresses bugs that could prevent the new iPad from switching between 2G and 3G networks
  • Fixes bugs that affected AirPlay video playback in some circumstances
  • Improved reliability for syncing Safari bookmarks and Reading List
  • Fixes an issue where 'Unable to purchase' alert could be displayed after successful purchase

Basically we are talking about improving the HDR function, solving the problems of the iPad tablet and 3G networks and of course the problem that prevents us from buying applications from the App Store. You can install iOS 5.1.1 directly from iTunes.
