Today there was a rumor which indicated that the German manufacturer of televisions called Loewe would have come to the attention of those from Apple for a possible acquisition. The information came from AppleInsider and they prove themselves to be completely false, because a representative of the Loewe company rejected them completely. The representative claims that there is no truth behind the rumor published today, as Apple is not actually interested in buying the German company.
German TV maker Loewe has today officially denied rumors of a $113 million buyout, with a company spokesperson stating that the report has "absolutely nothing to it."
This is not the first time that AppleInsider provides false information and it probably won't be the last. It would have been interesting for Apple to acquire the Loewe company, but it seems that everything is just a "beautiful dream" and nothing more.
