After installing the tweak, you will have a widget displayed in the Notifications Center that shows you the tweets / mentions present in your timeline, but it also gives you the opportunity to quickly write a tweet. The interesting part is that Smartweet offers the option to reply to tweets, resend them to your followers and add them to the list of favorite tweets, so you have the functionality of a normal application.
