An update for the famous Sparrow application was released in the App Store today. The update solves the bugs in the previous version, improves performance, brings a new way to view emails from the inbox, brings the possibility to write emails in landscape mode, brings compatibility with several languages, but does not bring Push notifications which everyone is waiting for. Unfortunately, Apple refused to allow Sparrow to implement a push notification system that uses its own VoIP service, so in the next version we will have the opportunity to buy the option to receive push notifications. Those at Sparrow will implement their own notification system that will only work on the basis of an annual subscription, so in addition to the money paid for the application, you will have to spend others to receive Push notifications.
Here's everything new Sparrow 1.2 brings:

This means we'll have to do Push on our side and that it will be integrated as an annual subscription into Sparrow's future update.
Sparrow would be an extremely useful application if it had Push, but I don't know if it will be worth buying in the conditions in which the service will have to be bought separately.
