NetMeter is an application launched a few hours ago in Cydia, and with its help you can monitor the internet traffic made on your own iDevice. The application is compatible with all iPhones and iPad tablets, and through it you can have detailed information about Internet traffic made via Wi-Fi/data connections/Personal HotSpot, as well as details about Internet browsing speed. The application has a simple interface in which you list everything and of course you have options for arranging the information on the screen and setting a traffic limit that will automatically trigger an alarm when you exceed it.

If the application in Springboard is not enough for you, then you have at your disposal NetMeterWidget for NC, a widget that you can display in the Notifications Center and which displays the information that you can also see in the application. The two tweaks are available in Cydia and are compatible with iOS 3/4/5.
