Yesterday I told you that a Chinese company will give you the opportunity to replace the case of the iPhone 4/4S terminals with the one we might see in the iPhone 5, and Apple confirmed that the design presented so far for the future iPhone is real. The company from Cupertino asked the one from China to stop the sale of those cases, so in 48 hours they will be removed from sale. Apple says that that website cannot see products that do not belong to Apple, but that have the logo printed on them, but these are not the only products with that logo and the real reason is different.
Apple does not want the design iPhone 5 to reach the iPhone 4/4S before the new terminal appears on the market and their action confirms the fact that everything we have seen so far is as real as possible. Apple did not act the same way until the moment when figurines with Steve Jobs were sold in China, so only in very important cases are the lawyers involved who send such orders to stop the sale. Below you have the letter sent by Apple's lawyers to the Chinese sellers.
