This week this company Facebook has released a new version of its main app for iOS, but it also updated the Messenger available for users. The update of the main application brought joy to the hearts of millions of users because it came with a completely rewritten version of the application, but in the case of Messenger we are talking about minor changes. Facebook has implemented only a few common functions, available in other similar applications and they are:
- Add smileys, hearts and other emoji to messages
- Click the person's name at the top of your conversation to view their Facebook Timeline
- Seeing who's active lets you and your friends know how soon to expect a reply
- Improved "new message" sound
- Other bug fixes
