Google Chrome for iOS it was launched in the App Store at the end of June, but only last night was it updated by Google. The browser was developed as an alternative to the famous Safari designed by Apple and millions of people have downloaded it to try it. Probably a few million people still use it, and now Google gives them another reason to forget about Safari. The update published by Google this evening marks 4 years since the launch of Google Chrome and brings the following news:
- Resolved compatibility issues w. certain websites including Yahoo! Mail
- Fixes for blank Most Visited page
- Fixes for issues when logging into some sites
- Share webpages via email or G+, Facebook, Twitter
- Stability and security improvements
- Many bug fixes addressing user feedback
Google Chrome is available in a universal version in the App Store.
