MovementApp Pro is a tweak launched a few months ago in Cydia, and with its help you can change the effect that is run when you open an application from the background. Apple thought of a single effect for opening applications in the background, but with the help of this tweak you can customize everything to your liking. MovementApp Pro has a settings menu in the Settings application of iOS, and there you have listed all the effects thought by the developer, but you can also activate/deactivate the tweak from there.
