SwitcherEffect is a new tweak published during this night in Cydia, and with its help we can change the effect that is run when we open an application that is already running in the background. The tweak works in a similar way to MovementApp Pro, has a settings menu in the iOS Settings app, but unlike that tweak, this one is available for free in Cydia. MovementApp Pro doesn't have many effects available, and I expect that SwitcherEffect doesn't have many either, since its developer doesn't list them in Cydia, so don't expect extraordinary things from the tweak.
