In june I wrote this article in which I explained how you can get in iOS 5 part of the functions iOS 6 with the help of some tweaks from Cydia, and now I think it is beneficial to update that information. Below are some of them tweaks useful from Cydia what can be used to ensure that you have in iOS 5 a part of everything that iOS 6 offers, but without updating, losing the jailbreak and part of the battery autonomy. Not all tweaks are free, some have to be bought, but at least you have the opportunity to benefit from iOS 6 functions until a jailbreak solution is released for it.
- Sireet – publishing tweets using Siri;
- International Locations for Siri - the possibility to perform local searches in Romania;
- Spirals – the possibility to install Siri on iPhone 3GS/4 and iPad tablets – only iOS 5.0.1;
- Do Not Disturb – the tweak that has exactly the same name as the function implemented by Apple in iOS 6. With its help you can disable the display of notification banners in iOS 5;
- 3G Unrestrictor, FaceBreak – the possibility to use FaceTime with a data connection of a mobile phone operator;
- FullScreen For Safari - the possibility to use Safari in Full Screen mode both on the iPhone and on the iPad tablet;
- Pull to Refresh Mail - the option to update the email box with a simple gesture;
- Safari Upload Enabler – the option to upload files to any websites;
- Fusion – the option to share pictures/links on Facebook;
- StayOpened – keeps the App Store open when you install applications;
- PlayAwake – allows you to set a song from the Music application as the alarm tone for the Clock application;
- PhotoMail - simplify the process of adding pictures to emails;
- BackForwardList - displays the websites opened and closed by mistake.
- Emoji Pro – add new Emoji characters for the iOS keyboard;
- StatusColor or AntiTint – allow modification of the iOS status bar.
