NCMail is a new tweak released last night in Cydia, and with its help you can quickly send an email using the Notifications Center in iOS. The tweak displays a widget in the Notifications Center where you can enter an email address, and after entering it, the Mail application will be automatically opened through which you can send that message. The tweak is available in Cydia's ModMyi repo, it's compatible with iOS 5, but theoretically it should only work on iPhone/iPod Touch, and if you have iOS 6 you should avoid it.
