Dial allows you to call or send a message to any number with the help of a simple gesture

Dial is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and with its help you can call or send a message to any number by making a simple gesture. The tweak has a settings menu in the Settings app of iOS and allows you to replace Crab, Spotlight or the task switcher with the opening of a dialer and a menu that allows you to call or send a text message to the typed phone number. Everything is very simple and easy to use, and from the tweak's settings menu you can quickly choose the activation method.

At its core, the iPhone is a phone. Why should you have to locate your phone application, and then open the dialer panel to call someone? With this new tweak, you can select from settings, to launch a dialer from your SpringBoard in many different ways. You can launch a dialer instead of SpotLight, instead of Siri, instead of the switcher, or even all three! This tweak is bringing the simplicity of a “phone:, back to your iPhone.

Dial is available for $0.99 in Cydia's BigBoss repo and is compatible with the iPhone terminal.
