Notes+ is a tweak launched last night in Cydia, and with its help you can share notes from the Notes application directly on social networks. The content sharing menu currently available in iOS 6 does not contain the option to share notes via Twitter or Facebook, but this tweak completes it and retrieves the information used in the Settings application to share your content wherever you want.
Share your notes with facebook and twitter! Adds the option to share a note with facebook and twitter as well as the original options to your official Apple Notes.app note share section.
