A few minutes ago Apple launched iOS beta 6.1 4 for all those who have installed previous versions of iOS 6.1 for iDevices. The iDeviecuri build has version 10B5126b, the installation can be done either through Software Update or by downloading the ipsws from your iOS application developer account. Apart from the version for iDevices, Apple released iOS 6.1 beta 3 for Apple TV and Xcode 4.6 Developer Preview 4.
