Twelve HD is a new theme launched last evening in Cydia, and with its help you can change the appearance of your iDevice. The theme implements in iOS a set of icons similar to the one available in the MeeGo OS developed by Nokia, it is compatible only with iPhones/iPod Touches and notice that it modifies both the LockScreen and the Springboard of the devices. The theme does not change the internal design of the applications, and in Cydia you can find it in the ZodTTD & MacCiti repo.
