StatusTab is a tweak released during this night in Cydia, and with its help you can change the opening effect of the Notifications Center in iOS. The tweak only works in applications that run on the full screen of iDevices and display the status bar while you open the Notifications Center from within those applications. Normally this is impossible to do from within those applications, and the information in the Status Bar is important for many users.
Show status bar when you are pulling down notification center in fullscreen apps. Also check out my other tweaks, BrowseInApp and StatusColor. Notification center can only be pulled down from the time area. Support iPhone, iPod touch (firmware 5.0 or above). Did not test on iPad yet.
