This is probably the first trial in Russia in which Apple is accused of the unauthorized use of some images, but it is not the first globally.

Apple recently concluded an agreement with a photographer whose photo he used without right in some promotional materials, and in the case of Russia something similar could happen if Apple admits its mistake or is found guilty in the process. For now, Apple has not responded to the accusations, there are no other details regarding the Russians' claims, but we will find out more in the following days.
