TweetMore is a tweak released during this day in Cydia, and with its help you should be able to write on Twitter messages that have more than 140 characters. Normally this is possible using services like Tweetlonger, but the developers of this tweak claim that the limit can be removed even in third-party applications available in the App Store, but they do not explain the method by which everything is done. TweetAmplus is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo and theoretically works on any iDevices.
