CleanMemoryTap is an application launched last night in Cydia, and its role is to help iDevice owners to clean the internal memory of their devices. The application has a simple menu with only 4 buttons, each of them performing a specific task. Using them, you can free RAM memory, delete Safari logs, iFile, cache, temporary files for Internet browsing, temporary application files, language files not used by you and many others. Freeing the RAM will definitely help, but deleting the other files only has an effect if you have little space in the terminals, and you will not see performance improvements.
