Flex is an application that I told you about a few weeks ago when I told you that through it you can generate your own tweaks for iDevices. The application allows us to generate simple tweaks that modify the functionality of applications or iOS, but the good part is that anyone can make their own tweak in a few seconds/minutes. The application also includes a tutorial that teaches beginners how to develop their first changes, but unfortunately the tweaks do not work without Flex and cannot be exported to be published somewhere.
