Photo Organizer helps you to rename, move or reorganize the photos and videos available in your iDevice

PhotoOrganizer is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and it allows us to reorganize the photos and videos available in our iDevices. The tweak gives us the possibility to rename the pictures and video clips from the Camera Roll application, it gives us the possibility to rearrange them in any order we want, it helps us to copy the pictures from one album to another without the files appearing duplicated in each album in part, it gives us the possibility to move them in the same way and of course it allows us to delete the albums available in the Camera Roll.

Ever wonder what makes the Camera Roll so special that you can't move it around, rename it, or freely move photos in and out of it? With Photo Organizer, it doesn't have to be that way.

Key features:

  • Reorder photos/videos in any album (including the Camera Roll)
  • Delete items from the Camera Roll without removing them from other albums
  • Copy items to and from any album without duplicating the files themselves
  • Move and rename the Camera Roll
  • Swipe across photo albums to delete them

In principle, it's also possible to delete the Camera Roll entirely, but because iOS will no longer import photos into the Photos.app if there's no Camera Roll, I have removed this capability.

PhotoOrganizer is available for free in the BigBoss repo Cydia.
