A few minutes ago the hacker planetbeing announced that the solution of untethered jailbreak evasi0n has been updated, application problems Weather being solved, together with those of long boot times. evasion 0.x Untether is the package you will have to update through Cydia, the application notifying you about the existence of the update, and after its installation you will have to restart the terminal. Theoretically, the reboot will make the Weather application functional, but it is not yet known what other problems this update solves, but as soon as I have new information, I will let you know.
UPDATE: After installing the update, reboot the iDevice, otherwise the changes will not be applied.
UPDATE 2: Unfortunately, the update does not solve the problems for all users, so be patient and wait for the next update.
I strongly suspect AppSync is causing the problem with Weather given the syslogs I've gotten.

People are reporting uninstalling AppSync AND rebooting are solving their issues. YMMV.

Try having AppSync uninstalled and deleting com.apple.mobile.installation.plist, com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore and rebooting

AppSync didn't cause weather app problem, but it prevents today's fix from working. Also likely breaks iCloud apps. Piracy has costs.
