Total Backup is an application launched during this night in Cydia, and with its help you can save almost all important elements from the iOS of our iDevices. The application is able to save the SMS, contacts, notes, call book, pictures, sources from Cydia and packages, all through a very simple and easy-to-use interface. We have the option to make a complete backup of all the information, or to make a separate backup for each of them, the choice is yours.

Total Backup is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo. Although the application is useful, except for sources and packages from Cydia, you can do the same with iCloud.
