This evening the company Apple launched iOS 6.1.2 for iDevice owners, and although we don't know if it blocks the exploits of the solution untethered jailbreak evasi0n, we know that SHSHs are no longer signed for iOS 6.1. MuscleNerd confirmed this via his Twitter account and advised users not to update to the new version of the operating system until evasi0n has been verified. I personally think that Apple has not blocked anything for now and we will be able to jailbreak without problems, but it is good to have a little patience.
