iOS 6.1.2 was launched by Apple this evening and although initially I did not know if this version of the operating system could be jailbroken, planetbeing confirmed a few minutes ago that evasi0n is not affected. iPhone 5 si iPad Mini can still be jailbroken using evasi0n, it is unlikely that the rest of the iDevices cannot be exploited by the solution untethered jailbreak and things are good. It was hard to believe that Apple will manage to block evasi0n in this update, it seems that this did not happen, and now the hackers will update evasi0n, the new version will be compatible with iOS 6.1.2.
In the meantime, don't try evasi0n because it doesn't recognize iOS 6.1.2 and won't jailbreak.
UPDATED: evasi0n 1.4 will be released during this night and will bring compatibility with iOS 6.1.2.
