EUUnlimited removes the limits imposed by the EU on the speaker volume level of iDevices

In iOS 6 Apple implemented in iOS the option to set that the speaker volume level of the iDevices does not exceed the limit imposed by the EU for the inhabitants of this region. Although in the first version of iOS, Apple gave us the possibility to remove this limitation, but in iOs 6.1.2 the option to disable the limitation no longer exists, so the operating system acts as it was set by Apple. To completely remove this limitation imposed by Apple, the tweak EUUnlimited was launched in Cydia and it will practically increase the maximum limit of the speaker volume level of the iDevices immediately after installation.

Compatible with iOS 6. Removes the volume limit enforced by the European Union, and removes the colored volume stepper.

Theoretically, the difference in sound level should not be big, but you will notice a difference. EUUnlimited is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
