iOS 6.1.2 has already been installed on 35% of iDevices

iOS 6.1.2 was launched last week by Apple, and up to now 35% of iDevice owners would have installed it, according to Chitika. They analyzed the internet traffic of several million iDevices in the US and Canada, and the graph above shows the whole situation as well as possible. In the USA iOS 6.1.2 would have become the fastest adopted version of iOS, but globally I think the situation is different. Given that iOS beta 6.1.3 2 blocks the possibility of untethered jailbreak, I believe that the popularity of iOS 6.1.2 will increase rapidly in the near future.

Regarding the distribution of iOS versions among Apple terminals, iOS 6.1 seems to be still very popular, with 22.8% of users having it installed. The surprising thing is that iOS 5 is still present on 12% of iDevices, although 90% of the terminals that can run that version of iOS can also run iOS 6.
