QR Codes are those codes with patterns composed of lines and dots, usually black and white, created specifically to be read/scanned by a mobile terminal, their reading generating the opening of a web page, the download of an application and many, many others. Unfortunately, Apple has not implemented a QR code reader in the Camera application of iDevices, but that does not mean that we cannot read codes on our terminals. Thanks to the App Store, we have at our disposal a very varied range of applications that can interpret any kind of QR codes you may discover, and if you have not yet used this technology, I recommend that you do.
Many companies use such QR codes in their advertising campaigns, you will find in Romania a lot of promotions based on QR codes and it does not hurt to have a suitable application to read them. I will also present you a promotion in which you can win a trip for two people to Amsterdam if you are in Bucharest, go by public transport and have such an application ready on your iDevice.
How can you scan QR codes to win a trip to Amsterdam?
You only need a smartphone and to be in Bucharest in the next few days. 60 RATB stations in Bucharest each have a billboard with one of the 20 characters from the latest ING campaign, their map is available on the dedicated website https://zboruldeamsterdam.ro, all you have to do to participate is scan the qr codes of all 20 characters and sign up for the contest.
