MessageBox update brings compatibility with iOS Push notification system

MessageBox is a tweak released last week n Cydia, and with its help we can implement the system in iOS Chat Heads the application Facebook, and regardless of which iOS menu we have open, we will have the avatars of the people we chat with on Facebook displayed. The tweak was updated last evening, and is now compatible with the Push notification system in iOS, so we will know immediately what new messages we have without having to access the conversations.

In this version:

  • (NEW) Push Notification Support, if you have push notifications enabled for Facebook or Facebook Messenger, Message Box will use these to update Chat Heads (instead of manually refreshing).
  • Please check Message Box Settings (in the Settings app) for this!
  • (NEW) If you tap a link in chat, it'll open in Safari!
  • (NEW) Wicked new icon by @matthewrex!
  • Fixed Zephyr Support
  • Fixed some UI elements not hiding
  • Fixed some animations

Apart from this novelty, the tweak now allows us to open in Safari the links sent by friends through the Facebook messaging system. MessageBox is available for free in the repo BigBoss al Cydia.
