  I already told you that Semi-restore was officially launched last night and through it we have at our disposal an extremely simple process that allows us to completely delete the information from our iDevices without losing jailbreakthe implemented in them. Semi-Restore works in a similar way to the function Erase all Content and Settings, which Apple has implemented in its iOS, but unlike this it does not delete jailbreakmade using Absinthe or evasi0n pe iOS 5.x or iOS 6.1.2, but it won't change the baseband to keep your jailbreak.

  Semi-Restore only works on terminals that have been jailbroken on iOS 5.0 – iOS 6.1.2 and allows you to delete all data from them, except for the jailbreak, to clean the terminal of any kind of information. You can't actually restore using iTunes, you can't downgrade/upgrade baseband, you can't downgrade/upgrade iOS, you can only delete information on jailbroken terminals and nothing more. Semi-Restore will require the reactivation of your terminal and if you cannot do the process automatically, then you will need an operator activation card on which the device is coded.

  Semi-Restore is compatible in iOS 5.x with the following terminals :

  • iPhone 3GS;
  • iPhone 4;
  • iPhone 4S;
  • iPad;
  • iPad 2;
  • iPad 3;
  • iPod Touch 3G;
  • iPod Touch 4G.

  Semi-Restore is compatible in iOS 6.x with the following terminals:

  • iPhone 3GS;
  • iPhone 4;
  • iPhone 4S;
  • iPhone 5;
  • iPad;
  • iPad 2;
  • iPad 3;
  • iPad Mini;
  • iPad 4;
  • iPod Touch 3G;
  • iPod Touch 4G.
  • iPod Touch 5G.

Semi-Restore works on the following versions of iOS, as long as they are jailbroken :

  • iOS5.0.1;
  • iOS5.1.1;
  • iOS6.0;
  • iOS6.0.1;
  • iOS6.0.2;
  • iOS6.0;
  • iOS6.1.1;
  • iOS 6.1.2.

  Before starting the process, delete any ports of Crab from your terminals because they could affect everything it does Semi-restore to clean your terminals. Back up your device using iTunes or iCloudAnd close iTunes or Xcode to ensure that it does not interfere with the process.
