Last week we told you that a new version of the Google Maps application is about to be launched in the App Store and here it is now available. Google Maps 2.0 finally brings support for iPad tablets, implements the new interface for the Google Maps system, includes information about traffic incidents and other real-time traffic information, offers us a section called Explore where we can find the most popular places to eat, drinking, shopping, etc., and finally there is the inclusion of interior maps of the most popular shopping centers, public transport stations, airports, etc.
