Last week those from Google they launched a new app YouTube which allows us to split the application screens in two to view videos while searching for others. Well, the idea of splitting the iDevices screen in two seems to be more and more interesting for app developers, a new app called Scout suggesting Us same thing. The application allows us to write emails while reading others or viewing a map, allows us to surf the web while writing a message and that's not all.
Work or play, Scouter gives you the flexibility to do two things at once. Look at one email while composing another, or watch videos while surfing the web. It's up to you. Scouter's different modules are flexible, and they can be switched out whenever you like. Kodak moment? Swap out the browser for the camera with just two taps. We're currently working on the Scouter iPhone app. If we see enough interest through signups, we'd love to expand our efforts to other devices.
Practically Scout aims to increase user productivity and offer us a much more useful method of multitasking on our iDevices without having to access several applications at almost the same time. Practically, the application represents the future of applications for mobile terminals and although it is currently in the project stage, there is enough interest for its launch, so the developers could bring it to the market in the not too distant future.
