A man sued Apple after he was burned by an iPhone 4 that exploded while in use

Yesterday we told you that a man from Great Britain was electrocuted by a charger for iPad tablets, he apparently being thrown to the ground by the shock suffered. I'm coming today too I tell you as a man from the USA acted Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in court after a terminal iPhone 4 it would have exploded during use and when injured. The man purchased the iPhone terminal in the fall of 2011 from the Apple company, and in September he was burned by the terminal that "exploded" during use, requiring several days of medical care.

The lawsuit claims that the plaintiff will be compelled to spend large and diverse sums of money for medical aid and treatment, and has been and will be prevented from attending to his usual occupation, duties, activities and future business. The Plaintiff is seeking $75,000.00 in damages excluding medical and other costs. On or before September 4, 2011, Plaintiff, Michael Filippone purchased an iPhone 4 from an Apple Store in New Jersey. On September 4, 2011, Filippone was allegedly burned severely by the iPhone 4 and suffered "great pain and torment as a result of his severe, permanent, disfiguring and disabling injuries..."

The American accuses the Apple company of negligence during the manufacture of the terminal and demands $75.000 in damages, excluding the costs of medical services. No one knows why it took 2 years to file this lawsuit, but the long period of time that has passed since the incident and until now could affect the man's chances of winning the lawsuit, given the conditions in which he really suffered from behind the iPhone 4 terminal.
